03/28/2025 - The minutes from our Board of Directors meetings are available to home owners only, via email request to webmaster@sterlingridge.org. Please provide your name and address for ownership verification. Our next Board meeting will be held on TUESDAY May 27th, 2025 at 6:30pm in the Coastal Baptist Church on Girvin Rd. Access from Girvin Rd. or Ashley-Melisse Blvd. All home owners are welcome.

One of my functions on the HOA Board is Neighborhood Watch. As such I subscribe to a web site called SpotCrime.com, which provides me with daily updates on police-involved criminal activity within a 1-mile radius of my home. As a friendly reminder please; don't invite crime to your doorstep. Keep those vehicles locked and garage doors closed whenever possible.
