One of my functions on the HOA Board is Neighborhood Watch. As such I subscribe to a web site called SpotCrime.com, which provides me with daily updates on police-involved criminal activity within a 1-mile radius of my home. As a friendly reminder please; don't invite crime to your doorstep. Keep those vehicles locked and garage doors closed whenever possible. If you see something suspicious, that you think warrants investigation, call the police at 904-630-0500. Stay safe, be well...

TRASH CAN BLUES ( Mar 2019 ): Once again we are asking you all to keep your garbage and recycle bins off the street and out of sight except on designated collection days. There are a number of relatively inexpensive ways to conceal the bins if you don’t want to keep them in the garage. If you have a privacy fence, then that is the obvious answer but if not; a small fence corral at the side of the house, or some creative landscaping will do nicely. ( see full article... )

09/15-2018 - We are still receiving complaints about dogs roaming loose around the the neighborhood. Be advised that if you own a dog, or any animal for that matter, YOU are responsible for EVERYTHING it does, and failure to do so, carries consequences. When not indoors or behind a fence, a dog MUST be kept on a leash. When walking a dog, the owner is REQUIRED to collect any deposits it may leave either on the street, or on other's properties. If you have issues in this regard, there are steps you can take using the following links to City Ordinances including penalties...

We have recently seen increased fishing activity in our lakes around the neighborhood. While we can't expect to prevent home owners from fishing from their own property we do discourage it, and we most certainly discourage people arbitrarily trespassing on other people's PRIVATE PROPERTY to fish.
Every year or so, your association places Triploid Grass Carp into our lakes. This is a fish that is regulated by the Fish and Game Commission. They are strictly vegetarian fish that eat the weeds and other decaying materials in the pond. They cost us a lot of money to put there, and they are sterile, so we need them to stay in the lake. Believe it or not we have actually heard of people fishing and keeping these fish to eat! Given the list of chemicals that go into these pond, both in terms of lake maintenance chemicals, and then run-off of yard maintenance chemicals, this has to be considered a serious health risk.
Please take a look at the attached document links about our lakes and PLEASE...
